I found the most wonderful, sweet, talented young woman on flickr yesterday! Her name is Lisette, of handmaid liset, and she lives in Leiden, The Netherlands. As you will see, every single thing she makes is bright and happy and so beautifully crafted...

and back again to stunningly lovely blankets!
But that's not all. She does much more. She sews:

On top of all that, wouldn't you know that she is adorable?! (I am not, however, at all convinced that she sleeps).

I've been searching and searching for just the right part for my backsplash, but I'm not finding exactly what I want. Can any of you tell me who makes gorgeous, crackled glass tile subway seem handmade and are not ridiculously expensive?
