better all the time

I have always, since the first day I laid eyes on her work, been a huge fan and follower of Catherine Zacchino, aka Junker Jane.  Her plush is much hailed, from magazines to faithful fans, and I would not have thought that she could make me love them more than I did.  But recently, her creations have been sporting new colors and textures that I just love beyond words.

And, of course, I deeply identify with their beaten and battered, but undeniably still kickin', personalities:

I love the way her dolls are evolving, becoming more of a rag doll and monster hybrid-which suits me. They are very jolie-laide.
