Totally agree. Our two year old granddaughter entertained us with an impromptu dance party at a restaurant a few nights ago. How totally perfect to be so joyful and free! Joie De Vivre!

I used to lie in Ireland, and this is a typical Sunday in any pub in Galway so maybe it is not so much about your mothering style, but more about locale.
