I recently came across artist Polly Jones' home photos on flickr and was immediately taken in. You'll no doubt see why!:
How cool are these globes in the vintage laundry bin?...
Filled with original art, vintage finds, and lots of color, well...it's just right up my proverbial alley!
Polly is an artist, and her smaller works are sold through her etsy shop. It's her larger works, however, that I really, really love...
There are many things I love about this photo (above), but I especially love the art, and the matching hanging lamps and the little blue table. And the walls. And curtains...
I adore this collection of vintage glass frogs, combined with the bold print of the scarf, and the super-cool print from selflesh. Plus the vase, and the blue bowl--I would never have combined these items, but I totally love it. Just fabulous...
An example of Polly's smaller work, perfectly combined with vintage tins and fresh tomatoes in the kitchen.
Such a beautiful home, filled with color and art and items infused with the personality of it's owners. How much better could it get, I ask you?!
For more information about sweet Polly and her wonderful art, see her blog, her flickr, and her shop...I think you're gonna love it all.
Cheers!
xoxo.

So Polly! I'm the proud owner of one of her bigger pieces and hope to own more in the future. Her art is a reflection of her life. Vibrant!

I was in Polly's home today. It is very warm, welcoming, and original, which is a reflection of the kind of person she is. What beauty and creativity.
