Hello, all!
I'm so excited because I have a beautiful, love-filled, happy home to share with you. It's the home of Lisbeth, who lives in Denmark with her family and has ways with color, pattern, and print that, I am sure you will agree, are simply charming. Let's get started with some general shots of her sweet, sweet home:
Lisbeth herself confesses that she is quite smitten with vintage wallpaper, and she uses it in many wonderful ways, as you shall see...
Obviously, on walls! This sweet bedroom is so cheerful that it makes me want to sing out loud. (But I won't.) And don't miss the bed-side dresser--yes, it's vintage wallpaper!
Happy little ceramics in the kitchen...
Beautiful Lisbeth in her colorful world...
But, oh! The wallpaper!!! Just look at this patchwork that Lisbeth has done on this wall! And the way that the flowers echo the colors?! It's like "happy" incarnate, isn't it?
Her collection of vintage wallpapers in a very cute patchwork bucket...
A sweet little display-case with wallpaper patchwork in the children's room...
Darling cans in the kitchen, again brightened with paper...
And these sweet birds? They show up like perfect little musical notes, all over the house...Look!:
On tops of frames...
Brightening a kitchen corner...
And posing single-file down the front of an otherwise-plain cabinet. I mean, who would've thought?! Genius!
Here are a few more sweet peeks, because I just can't resist:
A perfect tiny kitchen in the children's playroom...
And a beautiful vintage bag on a pale, pale cabinet. Perfection.
Thank you so very much Lisbeth, for allowing me to feature your beautiful, happy home. I find I keep using the same words over and over (beautiful, sweet, charming, happy, loving...) to describe it, and I really don't mind--those are the best words in the world.
You must check the rest of Lisbeth's flickr stream and her blog for more loveliness! You will be delighted, and you will never, ever look at wallpaper the same way again.
Catch you tomorrow! xoxo.

Thank you Amy and Lisbeth for sharing these wonderfully inspiring images with us. I recognize a few of the prints (the tray in particular) from my 70s childhood, so lovely to see them brought into the light of day and given a new life. Yes, that play kitchen is being eyed with envy in this house!
A mail soon Amy!
