kokeshi love

Okee-dokee!  Went for a swim with Sofie, and apparently, that did the trick.  'Cause, look!:

 

I found this exhibit of kokeshi that is up in LA.  As with almost any form of folk art, kokeshi have managed to steal my heart.  This exhibit shows both traditional and modern styles, and if you can't make it to the exhibit, go here to see a sampling.
