This book. It's been out a year or two, but I love it so. I always come back to it when I need a pick-me-up, and it always works.
It's technically a cookbook (and a lovely one) but it is more about this momma's life with her two children and husband in the Tuscan countryside.
Filled with beautiful photos, simple and perfect recipes, lovely memories, and drawings by her children. What more could you ask for? And get this--the recipes? They are arranged by color. Color! Genius!

Can you tell I didn't get out of the house much this weekend? Although I had hoped it would be filled with fresh breezes and sunshine, I was just a bit under-the-weather. But I was able to find lots of happiness right here in our little nest.
